I don't know if you already looked it up, but apparently the Bakery and Confectionary Union shared common goals with the Tobacco Workers Union, so they thought it was in their best interest to merge. They then joined with the Grain Mills Union to become the BCTGM, but apparently haven't updated the sign since. I was curious :)
